Chef table with Denis Krupenia

December 4, Li-Li hall, the first Chef Table with the brand – chef Denis Krupenya. Chamber format of the event meant personally cooking for guests with the opportunity to meet  up closer with the Chef.  Dennis offered a menu of six courses of his author dishes. The guests were pleasantly surprised by the taste sensations. The geometric pate with raspberry jelly tartar lamb with morels, burning mullet ceviche with coriander, perfect roast beef with black lentils, fish and Espuma, carrots and chestnuts left an unforgettable gustative experience. Dennis, like a magician, fully anticipated the guests expectations which are not so easy to surprise with culinary delights. In a relaxed atmosphere, he revealed his talent of chef and artist and fascinated visitors with the simplicity and attention to detail. All guests agreed that it was a huge success to get acquainted with the master and promised to bring their friends to the hotel restaurants.
